The Bobrowiecka Complex won numerous awards in many prestigious competitions. The Bobrowiecka 8 office building gained the most recognition. Apart from the title of the Office Project of the Year in the Prime Property Prize competition, it was awarded a prize in the Building of the Year Created with Aluprof Systems 2018 competition as well as Property Design Awards, while the Bobrowiecka 10 building is a contender for the audience award in the 4th edition of the competition for the Architectural Award of the President of the Capital City of Warsaw.
“It gives us great satisfaction that each of the buildings that make up the Bobrowiecka Complex is appreciated for its architectural values. Each award is a recognition of our hard work put into this project,” said Dariusz Sokołowski, the President of the Management Board of Spectra Development.
In 2018, the Bobrowiecka 8 office building was selected as the Project of the Year on the Office Space Market in the 7th edition of the Prime Property Prize competition, and was awarded in the Building of the Year Created with Aluprof Systems 2018 competition. The Prime Property Prize is a competition awarding the best properties and commercial properties of the past year, as well as personalities and companies whose activities had a key role in the development of the industry. Building of the Year Created with Aluprof Systems 2018 is a competition whose purpose is to select the best structures setting new directions in urban space design. This year’s edition featured more than 170 projects, both from Poland and abroad, completed in 2016–2018 with Aluprof aluminium systems. Earlier, the office building was qualified to the final five projects competing in the Property Design Awards 2018 competition promoting the best commercial and public projects completed in Poland in 2017.
At present, the Bobrowiecka 10 apartment building is a contender for the audience award in the competition for the Architectural Award of the President of the Capital City of Warsaw, granted to the best projects in Warsaw in 2017. Bobrowiecka 10 is a high standard residential building and a very attractive place to live. What makes the estate stand out is its cosy architecture, unique green space and the black alder – the natural monument growing in one of the two property courtyards.
Spectra Development’s portfolio also includes the completed first stage of the Bobrowiecka Complex – the Bobrowiecka 6 office building. It was recognised in the prestigious „Phaidon Atlas of 21st Century Architecture”, which presents more than 1,000 exceptional projects completed
in this century across the world.
“Thanks to the buildings that we designed, this part of Mokotów and Sielce has seen very rapid development. I am glad that the project won so many prizes awarded by both professionals and residents of Warsaw,” said Olgierd Jagiełło from the design office JEMS Architekci.
