The Bobrowiecka 8 office building has three new tenants. Spectra Development, responsible for the commercialisation of the building, has signed agreements for the lease of office space with Barilla Poland, Smart Jet and Synergio Group. The new tenants will move into their offices within the next few months. As a result of the new lease agreements, the building is now almost fully commercialised (currently 88%).

“Commercialisation of smaller units is always more of a challenge. I am therefore all the happier that we have met the expectations of the next tenants of Bobrowiecka 8, which have joined the group of companies able to fully enjoy the facilities of the office building,” says Dariusz Sokołowski, the CEO of Spectra Development. “The signed agreements move us closer to the completion of commercialisation of the building. At present, the occupancy rate is 88%. I hope that we will finalise the ongoing negotiations regarding the last free units soon,” he adds.

Barilla Poland Sp. z o.o. will lease 343.57 m2 of office space on the first floor of the Bobrowiecka 8 building. The company belongs to an international Group, which – apart from Poland – is present in over 100 countries. The Italian family food company was established in 1877 and is currently the leader in the pasta and prepared sauces market in continental Europe, the bakery products market in Italy and the crispbread market in Scandinavia.

Smart Jet Sp z o.o. will occupy 253 m2 of office space in the Bobrowiecka 8 building. The company’s business consists in aircraft lease and the organisation of private flights to any destination for even the most demanding passengers.

228.84 m2 of office space in the building will be occupied by Synergio S.A., a producer and direct supplier of qualified, packaged energy fuels and the owner of the coal brand Sztygar®.

The complex features a wide range of services that improve the quality of everyday life for both the local residents and employees of the neighbouring office buildings. The Bobrowiecka 10 apartment building located nearby offers, among other things, grocery stores, restaurants and a children’s play centre.

The Bobrowiecka 8 project, together with adjacent buildings – the Bobrowiecka 6 office building and the Bobrowiecka 10 apartment building – is part of an urban complex designed by the JEMS Architekci architecture design studio. The Bobrowiecka 8 office building is distinguished by timeless architecture and the use of advanced technological solutions, which guarantee the most comfortable working conditions. The project delivers 25,000 m2 of A-class office and retail space to the market. In cooperation with the Starak Family Foundation, in accordance with the original concept of culture embedded in space, works of art by young Polish artists are exhibited in the building. Thanks to its location in Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotów district, just at the entrance to the Siekierkowski Bridge roadway, Bobrowiecka 8 has excellent transport links with the other districts of Warsaw.

The Bobrowiecka 8 office building was built in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, BREEAM certification and Building Information Modelling (BIM). The developer and manager of the project is Spectra Development, while its general contractor was Hochtief Polska. The Landlord’s advisor was the real estate agency CBRE.
