Roche Diagnostics Polska Sp. z o.o., the Polish branch of a global leader in in-vitro medical diagnostics, will move its registered office to the Bobrowiecka 8 office building. The company leased approximately 2,800 m² of space on the second floor of the building. The office is scheduled for opening in late 2018 and early 2019. The commercialisation of the Bobrowiecka 8 office building reached more than 70%.

“Signing the agreement with Roche Diagnostics Polska Sp. z o.o., which is our third largest tenant, is getting us closer to full commercialisation of the office space at 8 Bobrowiecka. The current occupancy rate is more than 70%, and negotiations on further agreements are well advanced. I’m happy that another company will soon be able to fully appreciate the advantages not only of the office building, but the entire complex at Bobrowiecka Street,” said Dariusz Sokołowski, the President of the Management Board of Spectra Development.

Roche Diagnostics is a global leader in in-vitro medical diagnostics, and its Polish subsidiary is a key player in the domestic market. The company offers a wide range of medical tests, and thanks to a unique combination of human resources and technology, it provides innovative, fast and reliable solutions in the area of biomedical research, laboratory diagnostics and individual patient monitoring. The new registered office at the Bobrowiecka 8 building will allow Roche Diagnostics Polska to arrange office space in a modern way, improving the comfort of office workers.

The Bobrowiecka 8 project comprises 25,000 m² of A-class office and retail space. The office building, with its timeless architecture, is characterised by advanced technological solutions, which guarantee the highest comfort of work. In cooperation with the Starak Family Foundation, in accordance with our original concept of culture embedded in space, the Bobrowiecka 8 building houses an exhibition of works of art by young Polish artists. The office building in the Dolny Mokotów district is located near the entry to the route leading to the Siekierkowski Bridge, thanks to which it has great connections with all Warsaw districts.

The building, together with adjacent buildings – the Bobrowiecka 6 office building and the Bobrowiecka 10 apartment building, is a part of an urban complex designed by a design office JEMS Architekci. A wide range of services are available at the complex at Bobrowiecka Street. At 8 Bobrowiecka there will be restaurants, a fitness club and a rehabilitation centre. On the ground floor of the adjacent Bobrowiecka 10 apartment building there are two grocery chain stores and two restaurants, with a choice of healthy food and home-style dinners. The opening of new services, including a private nursery, is planned for the near future. Near Bobrowiecka Street there are also private medical facilities, public and non-public schools and kindergartens, a florist shop and facilities for drivers, such as a car wash or an electric vehicle charging station. In the area there are also two bakeries, a self-service laundry, an ATM, a nail salon and a hairdresser.

Bobrowiecka 8 was built in accordance with the principles of sustainable development, BREEAM certification and building information modelling (BIM). The developer of the project is Spectra Development, while the general contractor is Hochtief Polska. The tenant’s advisor was CBRE, a real estate agency.
